「养花记-植物养护记录与提醒,浇水管家」 是一款由 燕翔 (以下简称"我们")提供的产品。「养花记-植物养护记录与提醒,浇水管家」服务以及该服务所包括的各种业务功能统称为"我们的产品和/或服务"。

我们知道个人隐私信息对您很重要,所以我们承诺保护使用我们的产品和服务的用户(以下统称"用户"或"您")的个人信息及隐私安全。

我们的目的是希望能尽量帮您养护植物,故会在尽量提供便利性的基础上,尽量少的收集关于您的信息,尽可能的保护您的隐私。

所以我们希望通过本协议,向您说明我们在收集和使用您相关个人信息时对应的处理规则,以及我们为您提供的访问、更正、删除和保护这些个人信息的方式,以便更好的保障您的权益。

用户数据存储

我们的产品没有账户系统,故我们将你的数据存储在你的手机本地或者通过 CloudKit 进行设备间同步。相关备份与同步功能,是由 Apple 公司的 iCloud 来完成,我们将无法获取到任何能识别出你个人信息的数据。我们的产品不提供云端存储或云端同步的服务。

删除你的数据

我们的产品没有账户系统,您可以删除 App 后,在 iCloud 中删除对应的数据即可。

我们如何使用您的个人信息

我们按照适用的数据保护法规收集并处理您的个人数据。我们在创造、开发、提升我们的产品与服务过程中,可能会使用到收集的个人信息。如下所述:

  • 为您提供和管理服务的访问。
  • 提供新功能或新服务。
  • 产品优化、性能优化、以及故障排除。
  • 回应您的询问、评论、反馈或问题。
  • 向您发送管理信息,例如关于服务的信息以及我们的条款、条件和政策的变更。
  • 预防欺诈、犯罪活动或滥用我们的服务。

  • 允许使用网络连接:当您需要将数据上传到本机登陆的icloud中,或者从本机登陆的icloud中恢复数据时,我们会申请此权限

免责声明

您同意我们对由于政府行为譬如政策或法规的变更、自然灾害或战争、通讯线路中断、黑客攻击或计算机病毒侵入、电信部门技术调整、因政府管制而造成网站的暂时性关闭等任何影响网络正常运营的不可抗力事件,以及他人蓄意破坏、正常的系统维护、系统升级,或者因网络拥塞而导致本服务不能访问而造成的延误、停滞或错误,以及使用者由此受到的损失不承担责任。

您的权利

在您使用我们的服务期间,我们可能会视产品具体情况为您提供相应的操作设置,以便您可以查询、删除、更正或撤回您的相关个人信息,您可参考相应的具体指引进行操作。此外,我们还设置了投诉举报渠道,您的意见将会得到及时的处理。如果您无法通过上述途径和方式行使您的个人信息主体权利,您可以通过本《隐私政策》中提供的联系方式提出您的请求,我们会按照法律法规的规定予以反馈。

"Plant Tracker" is a product provided by Yan Xiang (hereinafter referred to as "we"). The "Plant Tracker" service and all its included business functions are collectively referred to as "our products and/or services."

We understand that personal privacy information is very important to you, so we are committed to protecting the personal information and privacy security of users who use our products and services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "users" or "you").

Our product does not have an account system, so we store your data locally on your device or sync it between devices via CloudKit. The related backup and sync functions are completed by Apple’s iCloud service, and we will not obtain any data that can identify your personal information. Our product does not provide cloud storage or cloud sync services.

Deleting Your Data

Our product does not have an account system; you can delete the app and then delete the corresponding data in iCloud.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. In the process of creating, developing, and improving our products and services, we may use the personal information collected as described below:

  • To provide and manage your access to the services.
  • To offer new features or new services.
  • Product optimization, performance improvement, and troubleshooting.
  • Responding to your inquiries, comments, feedback, or issues.
  • Sending you administrative information, such as service information and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
  • Preventing fraud, criminal activities, or abuse of our services.

  • This app does not collect user interaction data (such as click logs, page view paths) or crash logs.
  • All user data (such as account information, customized content) is only stored on your device or cloud services explicitly authorized by you (such as Apple iCloud). We do not proactively obtain or store such data.
  • If a data security incident occurs, we will inform you promptly of the risk type, impact scope, and countermeasures in accordance with legal requirements.

Data Access

Users can delete data on their devices via device settings - Data. Users can manage and delete data in CloudKit through settings - Data or system settings.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies.

Data Retention

When users delete data on their devices, they can restore data from iCloud. Once users delete data on iCloud, there is no way to recover it.

Third-Party SDK Services

Our app does not integrate any third-party SDKs and does not collect or share your personal information through third-party SDKs.

Permissions Requested Within the App

  • Access to system camera: Requested when you need to upload photos by taking pictures while adding plants, editing plants, adding plant care records, or editing plant care records.
  • Access to system photo library: Requested when you need to upload photos from the album while adding plants, editing plants, adding plant care records, or editing plant care records.
  • Write access to system photo library: Requested when you save plant images locally to your device.

You agree that we are not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or errors caused by force majeure events affecting the normal operation of the network, such as government actions like policy or regulation changes, natural disasters, wars, communication line interruptions, hacking or computer virus attacks, telecommunications technical adjustments, temporary website shutdown due to government controls, malicious damage by others, normal system maintenance or upgrades, or network congestion, and any resulting losses to users.

Your Rights

During your use of our services, depending on the specific product, we may provide you with settings to inquire, delete, correct, or withdraw your relevant personal information. You may refer to the specific instructions to operate. Additionally, we have set up complaint and reporting channels, and your feedback will be handled promptly. If you cannot exercise your rights through the above methods, you can submit your requests via the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy, and we will respond according to legal regulations.
